This balance board is designed to help support the sense of hand and eye coordination.
The aim is to use a finger to trace around the groove in this large board. The user can choose to try this activity with each of their fingers to develop their sense of balance and coordination.
The activity can also promote concentration and relaxation and the user follows their finger arounf the pattern or they may even try it blindfolded.
