The Alphabet Sounds Teaching Tubs is a tactile resource, it provides a hands-on introduction to letters and their sounds! Objects can be placed in each tub that share the same beginning sound, making it easy to reinforce the letter-sound connection.
These cute tubs are made from steel and have a wire strap handle, each has a letter of the alphabet painted on it's side, Nouns in blue and vowels in Red.The Tubs may vary slightly from the picture shown depending on batch supplied.
Designed to meet these objectives in Language:
• Students will recognize letter-sound correspondences.
• Students will isolate and identify beginning sounds in words.
• Students will recognize objects whose names have the same beginning sounds.
• Students will increase their vocabulary.
