Terms
At A2Z Montessori we are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of Customer Service and top quality merchandise .
If however you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return it within the following guidelines. Items are refundable within 28 days and can be exchangeable within 90 days of the item’s shipped date.
Delivery & Shipping
Orders will normally be dispatched to the address provided by you within 7-10 days if the items are in our stock in Sydney. A delay of up to 6 weeks may be expected if items are awaiting arrival from overseas manufactures.
We have an arrangement with a reputable courier service at a very competitive rate to handle most deliveries within 24-48 hours. The cost of shipping from Sydney to you will be charged to your account based on the weight and size of the package and its destination.
As a guide the average cost of one package that is 40cm x 40cm x 40cm and under 5kg from Sydney to Sydney is AU$10, Brisbane or Melbourne is AU$15, Adelaide is AU$20, Perth is AU$25.
Returns & Refunds
Items are refundable within 28 days and can be exchangeable within 90 days of the item’s shipped date. Other arrangements can also be made to ensure your full satisfaction, to be arranged prior to delivery.
All products must be returned in their original condition. If your item was damaged or incomplete when received, please notify us immediately by Email quoting your
Order Number, invoice number and reason for the return of the item.
We will arrange for the return and freight cost of damaged or unsatisfactory items and arrange replacements where applicable.
